Samples in the scan, but the SINGLE NAMED PLAYER ONLY. Donruss created this special 55 card set for use in a grade school history program. In the same format as the regular 1990 Donruss issue but with different pictures and a Learning Series logo on card fronts. The two Diamond Kings (Brett and Sandberg) have the LS logo on the reverse. This 'non-commercial' set was not offered for sale by retail or hobby sources. Instead the distribution was through a teachers program as part of a kit containing historical references and a video too. The Learning Series has the same number of cards as Donruss Rookies issues but was not available as a box set.
