No issue was raised by the seller at the time of sale, with using a Parcel Collect address for delivery. The seller uses Aramex to transport the goods.. The item has still not been delivered (despite showing delivered ?) and attempts to communicate with the local Aramex depot to arrange either pickup or alternate delivery have drawn no result. eBay has also noted that the item has not been delivered.

They had the audacity to tell me that it was sent in a different package when it was not the same product. This company is a scam and i will go to the extreme to not shop from ebay again if this is not corrected.
