After contacting the seller, my full purchase was refunded right away without complications. Unfortunately I don't have a game to play - but I would use this seller again in the future. When the replacement also didn’t work, I reached out and was able to return the broken one and the replacement and got my refund for one of the items very quickly. Would recommend and buy from this seller again!
