Consequently I returned the item for a complete refund and ordered a replacement to save time as the item is urgently required. The CARAQUIP staff were most apologetic and for the error and helpful in resolving the issue. Mistakes happen and it is no good crying over spilt milk.

Contacted seller and was asked to return them for a full refund. Packing was non existent (just a bit of tape wrapped around the loo rolls) package damaged, torn and product damaged. I left positive feedback as seller sent return postage label instantly so issue resolved in terms of accepting the product back and admitting that not all of the order was sent out.

Product was as described, brand new well packaged and with the small discount offer this was a good deal and value for money.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and apologetic but I was waiting for the package for over a week. Impressed with the sender but not the delivery service.
