For some reason there was no activity on the tracking? I contacted the seller VIA Ebay email about this situation. I received a quick response and the seller got right on the issue. Second when I received the tool the control knob was broken. I again contacted the seller, he said he will get another one out to me, no questions asked! This seller has Integrity!
