Came exceedingly well packed, with bubble wrap all around the Russell Hobbs box. Have tried it out to make sure it worked properly. Very pleased with it, much quieter than my current kettle, and very useful button on top of handle to pop up the lid. Good price from this seller, too

I have waited 2 weeks for the item to be delivered to have received testers without the proper lids that I KNOW for a fact are FAKE products it smells nothing like the Espa oil. This seller knew this was a birthday present but still proceeded to sell them to me and when I’ve messaged them they’re laughing at me saying they don’t see the issue. Do not let them get away with it and keep your money!!
