The glass screen layer has no scratches, but a lot of scratches around the edge of the phone, bent out and pry marks from replacing it. Screen has burn from a camera app with icons on the top right. Never bought a refurb so I guess that's "very good" maybe. Doesn't seem right.

Neither worked and I was so frustrated. Phone came super fast, excellent condition. Zero issues starting it with my Sim in it. Works perfect. Thank u for the super fast. Excellent working phone!!! It says very good, refurbished but it is mint!

I was a bit apprehensive but made the purchase after doing the research. The phone arrived as described but did have a problem. I got in touch with the seller and they provided shipping for me to return the phone and promptly sent a replacement. There was great communication and customer service throughout the process. I will confidently buy from them again.
