Bought a server recently and everything was suppose to be good on it. Every time I would start it up the fans would max out, it wouldn’t let me access any of the settings, couldn’t access the Idrac, or lifecycle controller. So decided to get a new mother board from these guys and shipping was fast. Swapped everything out and started it up and was able to go through the setup process update everything. Now I have a working server instead of a 70lbs paper weight thanks to these guys.

Worked perfectly and clean, but also more than expected. Packaged well, included all the case mounting screws, plastic bezels, and even the plastic tab with service tag/MAC/etc.

Would recommend this seller based on my one experience. Tried to do a 2nd order with this seller, but the item I needed was out of stock, unfortunately. Had to look elsewhere.
Pros:
Items arrived in great condition, no issues with any modules.
Felt very good about the price.
Everything was on time from order processing to delivery.
Mixed:
Outer packaging seemed a little weak, but inner packaging for each module was very good (indv. case + 2x bubble wrap)
Cons:
No anti-static protection.

Thanks so much for your detailed review and apologies the item you needed the 2nd time around, was out of stock. Hopefully we will see you again and absolutely agree on the need to always use anti-static. The plastic clamshells for memory are actually anti-static even though they don't have the shiny metal looking exterior. Also the pink bubble wrap is also anti-static. That's why we use pink stuff, it generally means the material has anti-static properties.

Quick shipping on an impossible to find product, product was as described, and excellent post-sale service. Ended up having a problem with a couple sticks, always a risk with used server stuff when bought in quantity, but seller handled it nearly instantly after I contacted. Very highly recommended.
