Delivered elsewhere as we had already closed business before carriers got to us (still 17 deliveries before ours!!) and we basically had to locate where it had gone ourselves, as no-one was interested! So, poor communication skills APS!

- 1***o (1590)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Hace más de un añoCompra verificadayou no what at first I was very upset with lack of communication. but when I got a reply things was sorted out ASAP and another item sent to cover the item lost in post due to no fault of the seller. the lost item eventually turned up and the seller gifted me it as a good will gesture almost £100 worth of paints. so to be honest I can't recommend enough am honesty over the moon of how generous the seller was for something that was out of his control.
