Only problems. It’s advertised as having 8sets of clamps but it comes with only 6. Which means you use only 3 for each side. If your truck is not new and souped up and is a work truck that you use every day and takes a good beating from the stuff you throw across the sides, you need more clamps. Secondly you may need some more stripping on the tailgate side that is L shaped
