I asked the seller to refund the cost of the screws as that seemed fair considering he misrepresented the item in the listing. The seller took no responsibility, and offered to discount half of the 9 dollar cost. I told him it was ridiculous on trying to lowball me on fixing his error. Seller never responded. The item sold for less than half the price of a new one even though it is in excellent condition. To defame me saying I misrepresented anything is ridiculous nowhere did the listing say or show that screws were included. I offered to split the cost of screws with the buyer out of generosity. I am an honest seller just getting by, I always strive to offer great items at a great price.
