  Received the beautiful Llama and I'm so happy with it :) my niece is going to love it! no rips, tears, smells, stains, it looks brand new and the seller even refunded some of my shipping costs without me ever asking them to (of course, they let me know about refunding before doing it, but I didn't have to ask them to refund it, they brought it up!) - would definitely recommend buying from them <3

  -- LOOK OUT, be very careful buying anything from this merchant and be prepared to be dissatisfied! -- The item that I purchased was advertised as Brand New and it clearly was not and had signs of wear and tear. I immediately contacted the seller with the photo evidence and suggested a reasonable refund ($18). While the response from the seller was prompt, the counter offer was either a meager $5 off, or a refund of the item however I would have to pay the shipping cost. What an insult!!!

  I offered several solutions, only wanted $18.00 off. Asked for them to be returned for refund. buyer upset and refused to contact EBay for resolution, he KEPT the shoes because...see below..."Yes initially I preferred keep them either under the discount I proposed or return with a pre-paid shipping label. Since you couldn’t offer either, I had no choice but to keep them. They are worn."This all started with him claiming they were used. He states he has worn them. Which came first, I have pics.
