All electronic items were carefully packages in static resistant sealed bags and then carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and then added to a padded cardboard box. Items arrived in ideal condition. Items are used but they look and appear new to me! Great value! Reasonably priced! Actually, whether I misread the description or not, the server that arrived included components that were better than I expected. For the cost, you couldn’t ask for a better experience. I ordered the server and all the other components and the server was the first to arrive! 10/10!

The rack rails (packed separately) did come bent at one end but I was able to bend them back. I did have to update iDrac but everything else was up to date. Fast delivery and for the price was fantastic. Will buy again. Great seller!
