It has been shipped immediately and the seller is very prompt in replying (he is so fast that is almost a chat-like immediate response). Good in problem solving and very kind. The item was a plush and was a bit squished in the package, a very tiny bag, but it came out of it perfect, so it’s definitely an experienced seller that know exactly what is doing.
