    There was an inconsistency with the photo and the description of the item, so I thought I was buying 23 spools of thread but I received only 11 spools. I emailed the seller who responded almost immediately, acknowledged her error, and issued a prorated credit almost immediately! Occasional errors are only human, but her response was super-human! I highly recommend dealing with this seller!
