So I after I told them about it & sent pics they gave me a refund of $20, which I thought wz reli good. The reason I ordered this product was for the glass jug with stainless steel lid because I saw others selling that jug for around $80 so I thought I might as well get a spare new distiller with the glass jug included for around just $140. I was not expecting it to arrive so incredibly fast considering the black Friday/Xmas sales (3 days from ordering to using). Item appeared to be high quality made and value for money; it was exactly as described in appearance. I would definitely buy this water distiller again and use the same seller.
