It was a special teddy for somebody that means a lot to me. Due to circumstances out of my control I ended up shopping late for the birthday present. When I mentioned to the seller that I was in a hurry to get it and why, she went out of her way to figure out how to expidite the shipping and got it to me the next day!! It was a hit and my present was a huge success!!
