I ordered Rise Oat milk, which is my daughter with several food allergies safe milk, and was promised a specific shipping date. Once that estimated date had passed I reached out to the seller and was told there was a 5 day delay on shipping. I again waited for that day to pass and reached out for an update and instead of an explanation was just given a refund.
