Definitely took me back in time to when I had these many years ago! Unfortunately one of the earbuds doesn't work properly, but this definitely isn't the sellers fault. I remember these older Skullcandy earbuds having various QC issues in the past. Plus, after sitting in the packaging for so long, this is somewhat to be expected. The Hemp earbud case was half the reason why I purchased this item, seriously so cool! Thank you!

The outer ship box was in excellent condition and appearance, the warning labels were placed with care. All contents are in mint physical condition as well. Customer service before purchase was top notch, as I really needed questions answered before dropping this kind of cash! BTW, the value in these speakers is top notch considering their original MSRP.. Im just glad EFX has my back if something isn't right upon first power up! Thanks, C

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was a real human located in Arkansas which was refreshing and he was very polite and empathetic. Price was good and quick shipping on my replacement. I did have an issue with one of them but the customer service team went above and beyond to quickly answer messages and send me a replacement part, and when that didn't solve the problem, they sent a whole new speaker.
