If you have a question about any of our eBay items, you can contact us via messages. Our office hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and we aim to respond within 2 days.
Payment
Payment for all items should be made within 10 days of the listing end date.
Delivery/Collection
Delivery items - Please allow up to a maximum of 3 working days for your item to be posted via the shipping service stated on your purchase invoice. Occasionally the tracking/service maybe upgraded if demeed required.
Once payment has been made we are unable to change the address the item is delivered to. If you purchase an item and the address is incorrect please contact us immediately for your order to be cancelled.
Collection items - Once payment has been made please contact us via messages to arrange a suitable time to collect. Due to limited space we ask that all items are to be collected within 10 days, after this time your order will be cancelled and relisted.
I have paid for my item, can you delay dispatch?
No, once an item has been paid for we cannot hold it for you.
Do you accept returns?
We accept all domestic returns within 30 days of purchase. If you require any assistance, please contact us via eBay messages or you can use the eBay returns centre to open the request.
In the rare case that an item is damaged during transit, please send a photo showing the condition it arrived in and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
Refunds are issued within 2-3 working days once the returned item has been received.
Do you provide international shipping and how much will it cost me?
All international postage is via the eBay Global Shipping Programme. Estimated shipping cost and import charge (if applicable) can be seen below the current price.
Do you combine invoices?
Yes, where possible we will combine orders (UK only). This is subject to size and weight restrictions.
Auctions - All multiple invoices are combined the next working day after the auction ends.
Buy It Now - Please use the Request Total from Seller from your shopping basket once all items you wish to purchase have been added.
If you have purchased multiple items and have not contacted us regarding combined postage we will assume any excess postage paid is a donation to the charity.
This item is listed for collection only, can you deliver?
If an item is listed as collection only, we are unable to arrange delivery for one or more reasons eg. the item is extremely fragile and we have no way to package it safely. It s too bulky, large and/or heavy.
This item is listed for delivery only, can I collect?
Please contact us via messages before purchasing the item/items and we will let you know if it is possible.
This item is listed for Auction, do you have a Buy it Now price?
It is Mencap policy that all auctions, once started, run their course. We do not accept buy it now offers on these listings.
Can I view before buying/bidding?
Due to eBay’s ‘selling outside eBay’ policy, unfortunately items cannot be viewed before purchase.
