The tubes come with the plastic caps, they always include extra ones just in case, very light and easy to assemble. it takes me longer to place the order than for the tubes to arrive! The tubes are strong but I the USPS was smashing them with heavy boxes. No fault to the seller and it is a nice product but apparently not strong enough for the USPS, which is really horrible.
