Unfortunately, the printhead was defective, but this is not the fault of the seller. Seller made a good faith effort to sell a product that I needed. Seller cannot control the quality assurance from those who manufacture or refurbish. Seller reimbursed all payment in quick fashion. Overall condition and appearance was good however. When installed red did not print correctly. Contacted seller and refund processed in timely fashion without needing to return defective item.
