I did have an issue with the game itself and I messaged the seller and within minutes they responded with possible solutions and offered to return the item if we couldn't get the game to function properly. Their solutions worked perfectly and item was able to continue gaming with no issues less than 20 minutes after I initially messaged the seller. 10/10 customer service. Game cartridge is as described, but have yet to test it out, as it’s a Christmas present. Packaging could have been much better, but I believe this was not the fault of the seller, due to the shipping issue.
