Does not take responsibility and does not even care about putting a 200+ dollar game in a cardboard box. They sent me a plastic bag and my item wrapped in USPS priority mail bubble wrap to avoid paying for that service (illegal and being reported to USPS) furthermore they refused a refund. The seller has more of these games listed. I stayed professional with you the entire time and tried to solve your issue with the dry battery, even offering to refund a portion to allow you to get a new battery for the game. If you want something sent a certain way to please please communicate that.
