Initially I never received my item and the seller would not respond, so I had to open a dispute. Eventually it came several days LATE so I asked to return it and when I did they refused to give a full refund, saying the item was used, when I hadn t even removed it from the packaging!! You have returned the package with the old backlights from your TV, which is very unethical. We have all the evidence for this in photos. You have tried to disguise the return parcel by deleting any reference to yourself or your address, but have missed on removing the order number and tracking number which both trace the order back to yourself.
