While it came with no HDD, no GPU, and no OS installed, I added an NVIDIA K1200 for display purposes, which did not work, I did encounter an issue with UEFI support missing from the system. The seller provided excellent communication and troubleshooting help to address the problem. Their prompt and knowledgeable responses made it a smooth process, ensuring I could get the system running as needed.

The inside where nice and clean and cables seemed to be in the factory hold-downs. All the little bits and odds end were still in the case. Added my GPU and HDD and it booted right up. Look forward to maybe buying more in the future.
