The rubber contact point is either cut too close to the popping up point, or the rubber is worn too much and does not function well. Was not a big deal because I did have a replacement bit that fits well enough. The key cap is immaculate as is the plastic mechanism. Just be aware that the rubber contact piece either needs an adhesive to function properly, or to have another rubber contact piece at the ready.
