Unfortunately, the old thermal paste on the GPU completely overflowed the GPU die which resulted in hours of cleaning, but I didn't mind. My only complaint was for shipping. The package wasn't shipped out for more than 3 days until I contacted the seller asking them for shipping updates. They didn't respond back to me, but added a new tracking number to the order a day later. I'm still happy with my purchase!NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 16GB GDDR6 PCIe 3.0 x16 Graphic Card .
