It took a few weeks as you'd expect international shipments to so. It's a stout piece and it was just shipped in just a light covering of bubble wrap. To be honest, it will be under the car so once it is installed, I'll hardly ever see it. I have yet to install it yet so I don't know if shipping has tweaked it due to it not being in a box. But it looks okay at first blush. Positive over-all.

I contacted the seller and explained the issue. They allowed me to return it which was a smooth and easy process. Even though I didn't get what I wanted, the seller made it right! Their customer service is top notch!
