The scope is in overall good condition and was well protected in the cross-country transit through the use of custom foam packaging. I am adding this seller to my favorite sellers list!

I reached out to the seller about the issue. By the end of the day they had a replacement part in the mail and two days later I had the part in hand.. great communication, product works as described.
