I happened to buy a different skirt in cotton material with the same waist closure in a size Small and it is the smaller of the two from Soft Surroundings. Both are too large, but I'm used to it now. It is as described, a gorgeous print that's fully lined, so a great value. I am happy with the careful packaging and safe shipping.
