However, when I reached out, the seller was very forthcoming and professional. They offered me the choice between a return or a partial refund, and we quickly agreed on a fair refund amount. While I wish the card condition had matched the listing more accurately, the seller’s helpfulness and willingness to resolve the issue made the overall experience fairly positive.
