This item was Listed as NEW (brand-new, unused, unopened), which was clearly not what I received. The package had been opened and the contents removed previously. I have arthritic hands and it was very difficult to get the item out of all the numerous wrapping and tape. Because of this we tape our item's so if left on the porch rain or animals will have a hard time getting inside of it. as far as shipping. We all think that shipping is too high, But tell that to the postal service's that charge for that as we don't have any control over the cost charged to the buyer's.
