  As described. Safely packed. Very fast delivery (DHL Express in Europe, 10 days after payment). Some confusion because of an additional small gift with declared value of this stone (ouch!) instead of zero. The national postal operator notified me, it would mean DOUBLE tax, customs etc. I called the operator, it should allegedly come without customs from Germany (EU) though the tracking says Great Britain (non-EU). Seems like bureauocratic mess. Otherwise absolutely smooth transaction. Thank you!

  I agree with previous reviews. Shipping was extremely fast, packed very well in strong chemical scented foam. The pieces are beautiful, but definitely smaller than they appear in photos. The weight description is accurate though. I bought several items and 1 was already sold, but they quickly refunded me after offering different replacements. I would buy from them again
