Even though the same model is still available, I like this ProHeat version much better: it's more compact, easier to clean out, and seems to do a better job. This one arrived quickly in perfect condition in its original box, with all the documentation and accessories included. I started using it immediately, and it's doing a great job.

Unfortunately it would not retain a charge. I contacted the seller and they had me initiate a return. As soon as the item was scanned at USPS a full refund was made. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.
