  Original package was lost by post office service and after I contacted the seller a replacement package was sent to me without question! This is the way to do business and treat your customers!   The seller was very helpful, and great with communication, unfortunately there were some shipping issues and I didn't end up getting the item. But the seller was super fast to resolve the issue, and sent a refund. The customer service of this seller leaves me still a very happy customer. Thank you for your help.

  Forge kit works great! Customer service was absolutely perfect as well. One of the packages was lost in the mail and they immediately shipped a new one within 24 hours and it arrived fast! Great product and service. Much forging to be done!
