The way it was wrapped in plastic- you could tell the seller cares what happens to her packages. THE COAT- Baby when I say it looks like this was made for me -I AM TELLING THE TRUTH- Better than the description, the lining is in perfect shape. The measurements were spot on, the pelts are soft and there is no smell. i LOVE MY COAT !! TY!!
