- 9***x (31)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Último añoCompra verificadabought this tool to replace my ipod classic 7th gen battery - the package came with a battery and 2 plastic prongs to help open the ipod. the battery itself was easy to replace and my ipod now powers on and holds full charge. the plastic prongs are brittle - i had 1 of the 2 snap at the tip and was unable to keep the ipod cracked open - however i did buy a metal one on the side - great purchase!

But the USPS shipping I have to give them a bad review because it took them nineteen days to deliver the package. When it was at Indy that is 100 miles from my house it took them 8 days to get to my house from there.

They have fantastic customer service and everything they sell is exactly as specified. I was able to order repair parts and used them to repair a broken iPod. The customer service is also incredible, they responded to an inquiry extremely quickly and had a solution ready to ship the next day. I cannot recommend them enough, five stars!!
