I found one of the earrings on the floor without ever having felt even a tug. I'd chosen the leverback style & 14k gold hoping they'd secure & durable, but there seems to have been a quality issue. I did contact the seller, asking if I could replace just the one finding (and not the decorative ball) without replacing the whole pair of earrings. But the price they quoted me was only $4 less I'd paid for the whole pair the previous month

I eventually received the necklace, and it was clean, packaged securely and safely. It was exactly as described, and the length was perfect, but the style isn't ideal for me. Great value for the cost though. Will continue to do business with TILO.
