No damage occurred just had hard time unlocking the box. Product was well organized and packaged. And the seller provided good instructions for how to use the product. Included in the box with the packing list was a slip with a phone number to call to work out any problems. I called the number and spoke with the Asian lady that answered the phone, and she admitted the mistake. She told me that she would remove one from another printer she had and send it to me immediately. It is now a week later, and nothing has been done so I had to order another part from a different company.
