Water resistant might be a little stretch. Washed my hands with the watch on and the inside of the lens showed immediate condensation. Cleared up in about 10 hrs. Those are the negatives. On the positive side it keeps very accurate time. For a watch I wear at work where damage is an issue these serve well. They’re low cost and easily replaced.
