Part of my order was broken, the saucer to my cup and saucer order. I took pictures of the saucer still with the wrapping including the package labeling. I contacted the seller, provided the photos, and asked for a replacement saucer. They did not have a replacement saucer and issued a refund the same day. No arguing & professional. My order was broken in transit. Will use them again.

The necklace is in brand new condition with the full tag included & just fabulous as described. The AK necklace is stunning & perfect. The quality & workmanship is outstanding & I am thrilled with the value of this purchase. I appreciate the thank you note
