An adaptation of a novel by Danielle Steel, THE RING features her trademark combination of epic melodrama and romance set against the backdrop of terrible historic events. In the days of Hitler's Germany, Ariana von Gotthard (Nastassja Kinski) is a young woman who finds herself in grave danger after the suicide of her mother and the disappearance of her father and brother. Luckily she meets a young officer who falls in love with her and takes her as his wife. But during the chaos of the last days of the war, he is killed, leaving Ariana alone once more. With only her mother's ring to remind her of her family, she emigrates to the United States in the hopes of finding her father and brother, only to find a new love and possibility, finally, for happiness.

    The Ebayer was great! But USPS can..... Well, you know what. Once again, they've lost one of my packages, and told me to ask the seller for a refund. The absolute nerve of these people! This time I was literally waiting outside my mail room, for the mailman to finish putting everything away. If he just threw my package on the table.
