They also responded quickly to my emails of were are my lighters and why cant I track track them, This is a good ebayer and i would buy from again. They communicated with me well, explained the problem and I got my lighters. Of course the problems they had effected me, Would a show of appreciation been too much trouble?

Arrived on time, new condition, seller communication was good, didn't show out for delivery til it was delivered. Very happy with BIC n products alike. Would use the seller again.

Package was sent out almost a week after purchase, arrived very late & all scratched up. They don't package things well. Also i feel ripped off because they're NOT special or limited as described either. Seller doesn't seem to care about the message I sent them.
