This is one of the best packaging experiences I've ever had; they wrapped the china in paper, then packed pieces in boxes, then placed those boxes in a big box--with more paper. All 15 pieces were in perfect condition upon arrival. As for the pieces themselves, they were exactly as described and in great condition. This was a great deal, too! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "ShopKitchenSwitchen." Thank you so much!
