    Packaging and the handling of the box during shipping was horrible. The glass lid arrived shattered into a thousand pieces! Absolutely no protective bubble wrap or plastic cover in the box, and box not marked with any warning that it contained glass or that it was a fragile object. Did receive a refund promptly from seller when I notified them that the object arrived completely destroyed.

    I used double walled box with packing paper. I have shipped over 20 of these with no issues. Fragile stickers result in more breakage, if you ship items, you already know whis. I offered replacement, but this nasty buyer insisted on a refund while she insulted me. I have blocked her, and I would suggest you do the same. You can't please everyone.
