I bought it thinking it wasn’t locked, I even checked the description and details. Overall this item arrived as described (excluding the iCloud lock), packaged well, Shipping took a few days but not a lot, the price was good, and has great customer service. I would recommend this seller.

They also reassured me that they would package the receiver to a high level to prevent damage. They then offered me a better price. Bought it and the receiver was very very well packaged and protected. They used cardboard panels to hold the bubble wrap around the in place - then used crumpled paper in a box for protection and then put that box in a bigger box with more crumpled paper.Lafayette LR-4000A, 4 Channel Stereo Receiver Great Functionality - Amazing (#167500803278)
