    So you know, when this seller says that it will take 3 months to ship, it is going to take 3 months to ship. Shipped on exactly the last day. This is not a negative review, as I was explicitly told in advance, just a heads up for future buyers, if you need something quick, do not think that the long shipping wait it a joke. Item was packaged well and exactly what I ordered. Would buy from this seller again.

    Wow! This guy keeps getting better. This set of manuals came with four books that are brand-new-still-in-plastic just as the seller stated. He's very easy to work with and always answers questions in a timely manner. You really aren't doing yourself any favors if you aren't buying from this seller.

    When the package arrived it was fully opened and the paper manuals I ordered were heavily damaged. The seller was responsive and asked me to send some pictures. The seller's response was both immediate and respectful. I noted that improving the product packaging could prevent the damage as a suggestion for the future. The seller was very concerned and apologetic. He reimbursed me fully and allowed me to keep the manuals. I will be buying from this seller again without hesitation.
