Great experience and couldn't recommend doing business with this seller more highly

Unfortunately, the tire delivered did not match the ad. Missing the valve stem and tire repositioned on the rim. Contacted seller who claims he shipped the tire as pictured. Nlether of us can disprove the other. In the end, I asked for a partial refund to defray the cost of getting a new valve. No further contact from seller. Sellers your gonna want to block this one. The tire pictured with the valve stem is the one sent to our customer, the tire rating was 20 psi when checked, I topped it off to 50 prior to shipping. Buyer tried to extort money out of us by sending pics of a different tire. Buyer has been reported to Ebay Trust and Security Team. "no further contact from seller" is also a complete lie. Sellers can't post pics here, only buyers otherwise I would post a screenshot that proves all this
