I believe this was an honest mistake by seller and therefore still rate him a positive. My only other observation is that the hooks were sent in a plain plastic bag. They look fine, but I have no way to tell if the items are original from Mustad. It would be helpful to include packaging or invoice to show these hooks are genuine. I noticed that there were a few feedback that mentioned this also. Thank you

Usps delivered 1st package ahead of time but took forever to deliver the 2nd package which is out for delivery today. This is at no fault of the seller. Seller was very patient and answered my unpatient messages in a timely manner. Quality and price are on point. Thank you! Came in original new packaging and works well. The one issue is delivery. Shipping could use improvement. I received updates that it’s shipping, only to find that it didn’t begin moving for almost 3 days, followed by delivery estimates that were slipped twice. Took 8 days from Chicago area to central Florida.
